Offer Structure: To be mutually agreed

Previous acquisitions experience: + 3-5

Established since: 2012

Additional Notes:

- Experienced Dental Practice owner with half a dozen practices in the group

- Looking to add a further practice to the portfolio

- Private preferably but will look at Mixed if the NHS element is less than 25%

- Minimum of 3 surgeries - ideally with room to add additional surgeries

- The Principal will need to remain as an Associate for at least 3 years, preferably longer

- Leasehold or Freehold - no preference

- Well funded and will move quickly to completion once an offer is accepted
